You can use these inside your own business. You cannot resell them, re-publish them, share the raw files with other operators, or include them in your own course or coaching product. Doing so violates the license and revokes your access — including future updates.

Email support@junkremovalops.io with the email address you used at checkout. We'll resend the full bundle within 24 hours — usually same day.
If a specific file is corrupted or won't open, mention which one and we'll send a fresh copy directly.
Not right now. The bundle is the product, and it's deliberately priced so an operator at any stage can afford it without needing a $5K coaching call to back it up.
We may open a small coaching cohort later for operators who've launched and are ready to scale to multiple trucks. The email list gets first access if we do.
We honor refunds within 14 days of purchase, but only if you haven't downloaded the bundle. Once the files are pulled, they're on your machine — at that point the license has been delivered and the sale is final.
If something's genuinely broken on our end (wrong files, missing documents, access issue) we'll always make it right — refund or replacement, your call. Email us.
